Hey guys,

I'm sure most of you know about the '09 Camaro coming out, awesome ride.
I also heard of a place taking pre-orders. Anyone plan on getting one?
My best friend's dad ordered one for him (for my friend I mean). And it's an SS, too. Holy cow, not even out and he put down the deposit

I asked my parents if there was even the slightest chance they'd help me pay for a car and they gave me a very annoyed look. Oh well...Can't have everything

Or, has anyone even seen one in person???
Here's the '08 SS [EEEE!]

And the '09, but I'm confused about how it says the first is an '08

I think Ford did a better job with the looks of its current Mustang....Bad A$$!

It doesn't even look like a Camaro (well, a little).

Check out the trans am concept. Pretty sweet ride. I like it the best out of the throwbacks.

I havn't heard about the camaro, but I do love the concept. Well as far as ford doing a better job with the mustang. I'd like to see a camaro first and see how it rides before making any comments. Jimmi

Heck yeah! I think Chevy has always done a better job as far as handling and performance go. I'm not going to lie though, the new stangs look too nice....Bada$$
I saw a Roush yesterday at work My jaw just dropped and I walked around it like 5 times and just kept looking at the inside. The SS Camaro is gonna be a 6 liter
It'll smoke all the stangs.

Check out this link. Have you seen a Shelby? Smoked by a camaro? Maybe...Maybe not. Remember that the GTO has a 6.0 in it beats a STI in the 1/4 mile by 1/10 of a second. 6.0 vs 2.0.... Size isn't everything. I love the Pontiac version.

Oh yea... What stage Rousch is that? I saw a blue stage one for sale the other day.

This was my reference how Ford did a great job. I like replications to look very similar to the old 'muscle car' era. Muscle cars with 'Corvette curves' just don't look like the old 'muscle' cars.

I like the Challenger also, I just hope they don't model the dash after the charger or the 300c's. I really hate that squared off BIG passenger side.

GM has really missed the boat with this turd. The mustang and the challenger hit it right. I have seen the prototype at the NY auto show and the general conversation around the display was it looked like a POS.

Maybe its just an age thing but the challenger looks like a boat. I would never buy one. I really like the looks of the new camero and because its a GM you know its coming with a good engine.

Mustangs are sweet looking, its just to bad the suspension sucks so much.

I have heard nothing but good things about the camaro, and I'm pretty sure they are gonna sell a TON of them...

I'm gonna have to agree 100% with Tony (Dakine) on this one.

Ford cleaned-up a few lines but stuck with a lot of the original design to produce a wonderful looking car.

I'm not a Ford fan either.
