Has anyone else seen new flybar control rod (Logo part #1586) diameter drop from 2.5mm down to 2.15mm?
Additionally, the length has dropped from 60mm to ~55mm?
The 'new' Logo parts were packaged & labeled such that one would believe them to be newly minted.
The length change I can live with, leaves about 3mm worth of threads showing before the ball link.
A .35mm rod diameter reduction does not bode well for crash durability?
The parts will work, it just seems unusual for Mikado to throw a cost reduction effort in this direction, or are these mis-labeled parts?Thanks-in-advance. |
