Send all the best to Paul and Roger...

Did you get any video of Paul flying the Kn3d.

If so can you send me a link So I can paste on a Uk site...

Ok to up load and post pic somewhere else mate as well?

Have seen the drawing of the new shape 90 model, there some things old like the dampered engine mount and some things like a new style vertical rx and gyro holder, front mounted tail servo.

Belt drive but tube will follow, well that the general idea.

Its a big brother to the 3d

light as well so should be interesting..

What was said its not a lot bigger than the 3d, just wider..

Ive been in contact with Rodney up at IRCHA and he says this machine looks awesome.....9lbs all up weight ready to fly!!!...and the part I love,25% more HP from your current motor by not having a cooling fan connected to the motor. The heli uses a brushless electric setup to power fans!!!!

I will tell Roger and Paul you said hey, Been having a blast with them. Roger turned me on to some newfangled "store bought" Whiskey. Told me to back off the corn and potato squeezings. (I will not, lol) But I guess like he said, sometimes us country boys need to buy a bottle to be reminded. lol. You may see me there for the masters next year, who knows! I would love to visit. Have not gotten any videos at all. Just some stills.

Well, the shark canopy was not on hand, that was on a previous version of this heli it has since been completely redesigned. The amazing thing about this heli is that it weighs 9 lbs even! ready to fly minus fuel! I saw it with my own two eyes on the scale. If you look closely you can see the two electric brushless fans that cool the engine fron over top of the head and beneath it. Also by eliminating the engine driven fan you free up something like 15% horsepower. The center of gravity on this machine is so high Luke says they had to tame it down very much to make it flyable. lol. This Company has got alot of innovation on the horizon, I will be hanging out to see it mature for a long time to come.

Danny, thanks for the photos.

Very nice. I can see a different approach in the design for some of the parts of the heli.

Do you know when is the heli going to be available?

The engine is a standard OS 91 C spec with a viperhead. No release date at this time. No false promises. Power for cooling should be coming from the lithium receiver pack I believe.
