My last 3 tanks have ended with something I haven't seen before...

Once the main tank gets about 99% empty, the engine (OS 50H with CY MP2 pipe) stutters for a split second and then all is fine as the header tank empties... It happens the same way every flight and near the same spot...

Any ideas what might be causing this - especially since it's so brief?

Doesn't seem to matter whether I'm hovering or flopping around...

pull off your header tank, and remove your clunk line and fitting, now take a look inside the header tank where the main fuel line comes in the header tank...this fitting is drilled at the factory, and usually leaves little curly looking plastic remains that get stuck in the fuel line when fueling up, its a little tricky getting them removed but needs to be done. they look like tiny little curly pasta! this is the cause of people chasing there needle setting alot, it gets lodged in the fuel nipple, then frees itself, for a few flights, then when fueling up it gets pushed back in the fuel nipple causing a partial blockage. this might not be your problem. but its worth checking into for future inconsistant runs, both my raptors had the excess curly plastic in the header tanks.

Changed my fuel line inside the main tank and problem solved...

30 percent nitro does a number... Looks like 30 flights is about all I'll be able to get each time....

Thanks for everyone's help!
