I have been flying Raptors fo quite a while and never had this problem before. I have tried everything and cannot get the fan off of my OS .37. When I first got this engine I could not keep the fan on - figures.

I have the crank lock which works great but no amount of force will budge the fan. Maybe I used too much locktite.

Any suggestions? Will heat help?

Thanks!

Heat! If you have taken the crankshaft nut off, heat the end up with a soldering iron and that will hopefully soften up the thread lock. Then immediatly try again with your cranklock tool and wrap a cloth around the fan to give you some leaverage.
