I don't know what the problem is, I try to keep the washout control arms level while one side is level, turning the head on 180deg, the other one points slightly down. Means cannot be the swash itself, because when I turn 180 it has still same position - and the radius arms anyway have same length ... how is that possible ?

yes, actually I measured it - but even if it's not, the levers should not have different level while turning the head 180. Maybe something wrong with the stabilizer cage.

Check the L shaped arm that has the grub screwes which go into the flat spots on that horizontal shaft (elevator?) it might not be straight. U might want to use 2 grub screwes and be sure its exacly on the flat spot. Check through the hole in the frame and look at the back of the ball screw and the blue alum arm to be perfectly vertical.

too lazy to look up the part descriptions in the manual, but u'll figure it out.
