okay i ben having glitching probs for months with my blade cp pro, well i been messing with it and trying driffrent things, i re routed the anntenna to see if it would maybe help and flew it, well hovered around it went to glitching so I unhooked the main motor brought it inside and started banging the sticks around well, everything was working good then the servos got really slow... then they totally stoped well I just made me a piece of wood to set my heli on and straped it down to see if it did the same with main hooked up, and it did, I ran it up and then back down moving the sticks some( I didnt want it to get stuck full on and now way to stop it) so I went to no throttle and banged the sticks around and it done the same thing.

anyone have a clue what could/would cause this

I have replaced one servo ( cause thats what hobbytown said was wrong)

I replaced the 3 in one(mixer.gyro,esc) with a 2 in one (mixer,esc) since I have the G90 gyro

any clue? the battery is good, I have two driffrent ones and it does it with both.

thanks

If the servos go from slow to nothing I am thinking BEC from 3&1 is flaky? Just guessing.

Otherwise stock radios only last 2 months before the wiper arms in the potentiometers get carboned and quit working.

well i replaced the 3 in one with a 2 in one, since no need for gyro. guess that could be the problem... guess i could hook up a reg reciver pack and see if it does it then

if you have two different heli's and it does the same thing with both...its gotta be the TX , try cleaning the pots with some electrical contact cleaner and see what happens

hey fenderstrat what happened you got an electric oven or was their a T-rex in there?

I was thinking about 2 & 1 is it for coaxials giving problems as it is dual motor controllers rather than esc.

no i only have one heli..... Guys over at rcgroups said sound like the servo is overloading the BEC to unplug one at a time and I did and this is what happened

i unplued channel one witch is the right aileron sevos.... worked all controls and both other servos worked fine, they never stoped working, I gave about 1/4 throttle so the tail motor would be running ( with main disconected) and the tail motor began to spin faster and then faster then it just stoped and when it stoped the blue light on the G90 gyro cut off, I still had control on the aileron and elevator sticks but no motor at all.... after about 5 secs the blue light on G90 came back on and I once again had motor control....

So thats kinda weird there.... the 2 in one is Brand new. only have 2 flights on it and a few hovers. maybe 30 minutes run time if that.

Are you sure your 2&1 can handle the 11.1 lipo and its not setup for the 7.4 2 cell shutting everything down due to over voltage.

Oh alright.. No problem

Well I just tested the other 2 sevos as well and ..
with the channel 2 unpluged everything stoped working just like it did when all was pluged up

with the channel 5 unpluged and others pluged in it did like it did with channel 1 unplued just the motor stoped then if you quit messing with controls the motor would go back to working again.

I belive this is what it has been doing all along and I never knew it, if you dont keep moving the sticks hard they wont stop working but the motor glitches. thats what it has been doing for ever now..

but I still dont know what is causing it

I guess the 2 in one can handle it, but it has been glirching before I got the 2 in one, i didnt find any specs on the 2 in one but guessed it would work fine, I mean the CX has a 4 in one right.. So I figured the 2 in one was for the Cp pro when you got a seprate gryo

Well the best I can find is that its a blade cp upgrade which we all know uses the nicads but still cant find any info so cant say for sure. Heres a trick though got any buddies with a heli on the same channel use their TX and see what happens. For your sake I hope the TX is done and you have to buy a new $200 radio the rest of us already have.

have you looked at an HBK2 your servos, gyro will move right into it and the barebones kit is $56 from Hong Kong high-flier.net. It is a 300 size heli like the blade but better built with belt tail. It can be found as a RTF for $150. I wish I knew about this heli before I bought my BCPP the HBK V2 just came out in 2007. Google video it you'll find a lot of videos that are fun to watch It is just as capable with brushless setup extra $50 as any other 3D machine.

Have you charged the battery and gave it another go yet I sure hate to see people throwing money at these things just to have 10min of fun. On my radio I just moved the sticks violently in circles and it would come out of it. Was this an all of a sudden occurrence or did it just get worse as time went by. If you've had this radio and flew a lot it might be shot. Did you notice the heli jumping in the air or twitching on the ground? I would just put my thumbs on the sticks and it would make my servos jitter without moving sticks. These are signs of a bad radio.

It was a small problem and seem to get worse . I had 30-35 flight w/o any trouble it started glitching to the right, motor cuts out sometimes now the tail moves wildly its been glitching for 6 months now. I gave up for a while and just started messing with it again.

but i am now about to give up again

I'm not sure to what extent the radio can cause problems like I said I caught mine early. But it seems like you have seen more than one problem. So I would look to something that would cause multiple problems like TX or RX and most of us had problems with the stock TX or did your neighbor just start up his new ham radio tower. check to make sure crystals are seated in TX and RX if they come loose from being bounced around problems will happen.

Good luck
