Not unless you have a metal gear and an aluminum canopy.

Look for a bad bearing or such.

I get them regularly on a ppm receiver(I just installed a pcm today,well see how it goes). I got some terrible glitchs once when the remote glow connector came loose and was metal to metal vibration.

Could a glitch come from a slight amount (very slight) slop in the starter coupling. I can take needle nose and pull on the starter coupling causing it to lift and pop slightly... It is obvious that it is moving but it isn't moving a lot....
