Hi, I am new to Raptors, I was just given a Thunder Tiger Raptor 30 (v1). I've been flying a T-rex 450 until now, so I am pretty excited about flying nitro... and flying a bigger bird.

Question though, can I do autorotations and still have tail authority? The reason I ask is that I can spin the main blades clockwise and the tail rotor does not spin... which leads me to believe that the tail will stop spinning when the engine dies.

thanks

Tail will stop but you can buy a different belt gear to fix.
The new gear is white and will need to be sanded around the one way clutch to make your autos a little happier.

Is this a V2 part or an upgrade part? Would you happen to have a link?

Thanks

Its the drive gear for the 50, the 30 has a non driven tail, I would normally suggest you leave it that way but if you can auto a trex even a driven tail 30 shouldn't be a problem.
