It will help. I used it for a while with ok results then went completly brushless and got the GY240.

You can get the same performance from a Telebee.

Turn on a dime. Flip like a quarter. Feel like a million bucks.

I agree - For use with the stock 3-in-1 units there's cheaper HH gyros that will likely work just as well - If you bin the 3-in-1 and go all separates then there's better gyros that will shine like the GY401 or 2100T but they don't play well
(or at all) with the 3-in-1 units

Yea, I have a few G90's and really wish I had purchased the Telebee gyros. Now I am looking at maybe a Gy401? Could have saved a few bucks.

Yes I do like the G90 but there are cheaper options.
