Check to see if the motor is pluged into the ESC (electric speed controller) and the ESC is plugged into the throttle port of the RX.

get an experienced heli pilot to check it out or you may end up with your heli going full power and no way to turn it off.E helis are dangerous you will not have any warning if it arms and goes full power.your throttle channel may be reversed.

good advice

I cut the tip of my finger almost completely off with a trex 450 about a year and a half ago....several stitches later my finger is back on there....but it still isn't "normal"...

As Airboss said E-helis can be dangerous and can spool up to 100% like mine did in about 1 second...

I was playing with mine in the basement and accidentally flipped the idle up when I was setting the radio down...the heli spooled up and took off...I tried to grab it out of the air...I caught it but it ended rather badly...

detached finger, broken radio, and worse of all a broken heli...

Be careful! Interference can also cause the motor to start spooling up. As an added safety measure you can also remove the main rotor blades during testing.

Sounds like you have plenty of power, just not to the motor. Check all the connections.Since all the veterans are focused on how not to cut something off and how dangerous it is,remove the main blades and check out all the wires and connections. You may want to try the electric forum. You may have a bad speed controller or even the motor. Good luck.

one sure way to test everything and not get hurt is, move the motor and pinion away from main gear and tighten screws, then if motor starts you wont have any moving parts.even the rotor head without mains is dangerous at 3000 rpm! look to someone in your area for assistance.

First, did you go through the initialization process?

1. Throttle down all the way
2. Throttle trim down all the way
3. Turn transmitter on
4. Plug in battery
5. Wait for gyro initialization

You should have power to the blades then.
