Just picked the scale fuselege kit of EC-135 by Align, well,to say the truth, the out look of the box doesn't attract me at the first place, looks like some cheap small brand aftermarket stuffs, but after the sales opened the box for me,I pay the money and bring it home right away!!the datals are cool and not so hard to install like other scale fuse for trex 450,most inportant of all it is very affortable!!
I didn't like the orignal stickers and colors scene,a little modify will be perfact!!

I am not quite sure sould I post this at the Align section or the scale heli section, please feel free to move it if it is not
appropriate.

Nice!! Those rivets and panel really look cool. Maybe u can paint some darker color on those lines in order to highlight it.

I can't wait for my Align A-109 to arrive and I hope it has those panels and rivets design/looks as well.

Roger that, that is something the stage 2 I am going to do!!
You will receive pretty much what you are expecting.I've seen those 109,thoese panels and rivets are there and way much better then the pictures shows, since I've ordered the big A-109 from ThunderTiger, other wise I would pick that bird.
the only thing you might need to look for is find out way to make thoese landing gears looks better, the metel wire landing gear is the only low point!!
have fun!!

Good to hear about the panels and rivets in A-109.

Yup. The A-109 landing gears kinda look cheap. I thinking of using some tiny pneumatic piston as the landing gears....and maybe that is the 2 or 3 stage.

Very cool! I have one question though, how hard is it to change batteries when using this fuselage? Do you have to remove the fuse, and if so, approximately how long does it take? Thanks.

factory recommand that you took 3 strews off which scure the fornt windsheld to replace the battery, but I figure out that you could do it from the front side of widows to change battery if you don't glue it at the first place.

I just ordered the ex-135 fuselage too. Should be here in about 3 days. How are the windows? Does it come with clear windows for all the window holes? Is there enough room in front for some type of scale cockpit?

yes,It come with clear widows that fit all the holes, there might have chance that you could put scale cockpit ,I already give up the orignal batery block and put in front in order to balance the fuse,I will say prety good chance, enjoy your toys!!

ignore the factory recommend, i used piece of carbon roll on top of winshiel and piece of fuel-tube (drill a hole sligh small than the fuel-tube diameter)on nose of winshiel, it made battery install and removing in flash.

Just so you know if you want some great real pics and photos, there are lots on google and youtube. I have seen a couple real ones with wheels instead of the skids. I am going to try to make some.
Here are a couple of great links:
