My taxes are paying for some of those baby killings so whats the difference. If I had to choose I would much rather support a kid than a baby killer. And there are other alternatives, I have several friends who have adopted overseas because its such a pain here. And if people didnt get so upset about the prospect of teaching personal responsibility then we would have neither.

What the hell does biology have to do with abortion? Do the world a favor, google abortion video. There are actually some out there, watch one and then see if you still have that smug attitude.

I guess it wouldnt make sense to you. But if you are going to apply the statement to abortion then you have to apply it to all life. But of course you wouldnt, moral relativism at work.
Peoples lives shouldn't be decided by a bunch of idiots in Washington.

EVO wrote: You think it would be better to bring a baby into the world even though it's entire life would suck because the parents weren't ready for a baby at that time?

Ok, I must speak on this, The child's suffering would only come from the parents refusal to take care of the child, BOTTOM LINE!
How do I know this? I am 41 and my son Garyn is 24! yes thats right, I was 17 when my son was born, because of being raised proper myself my son never went without nor suffered! However I could have used a little more in the sex education department at the time, LOL, anyhow I finished high school along with holding down a night job, after I graduated from high school I worked 2 jobs for the next 5 years to support myself and my young family, I received a grant to enter college for composite engineering and as of today I am starting my second composite company in 12 years. Now this is an example of only what I did and I do highly recommend a man not have kids at the age of 17, It was the most difficult time of my life. I thank the lord everyday for my fortune and my children's health. All has gone well however not all young parents have what it takes to do what i did, I owe it all to my parents and proper raising.
PS. Abortion was never an option! or even considered!

You are definitely not a member of the X generation. Sounds like you were wrapped pretty tight.
Can you imagine what the other side is doing today. Fun and games, run and hide.

Tight was right

However I wish none of what I did to myself on anybody as young as I was. It was rough, but now I have my son Garyn 24 and my daughter Brittany 21, its very hard for me to say I made a mistake even as hard as times were every time I am in the company of my 2 children, I do love them so. ok men, its been educational however I must get back to work that still seems to be a 24-7 job Lol You all take care and you have my best wishes, hope we all meet on the field some day, I have this really cool new 3D move I learned I want to show you, lol....Jim

LOL! I was waiting for one of you guys to bring that up. I dont think it means anything personally, his job has been done long ago. His primary function was political advisor and confidante, which W no longer needs. Politically things cant get much worse for him, and even being the political master strategist he is Karl Rove isnt going to make that any better.

I am rather curious though with the timing if he ends up associated some how with Fred Thompsons campaign.

I was reading an article today about his "resignation" and the article referred to him as "Political Poison". I personally think anyone running for office who wants a legitimate chance would be pretty stupid to be associated with anyone from gee dubbs' administration.

Maybe it's time I took him off Ignore to make sense of this thread.

Or not.

I dont know, the American people have a pretty short memory. I think ultimately W will take the heat for most of it, as he should. I dont know that it would be wise to put him back in the WH, not that Rove may be interested after the last few years anyway. But having him in the background as a strategist I think wouldnt hurt anything.

I have a hard time swallowing the fact that Bush may be a good strategist.

I may be slightly off the mark but my view of him is more in line with one of the muppets.

Tough call.

I was talking about Rove, not Bush. Of course he isnt a good strategist. Or more likely his agenda isnt inline with the American people.

thats why bush needed someone like Rove. Bush surrounds himself with advisors. He probably cant spell the word politics! He sure as hell cant spell N-u-c-l-e-a-r!
