Bummer Brent!
Atleast it was orientation and not a mechanical failure. Any canopy damage? Plans on a new fuse?

that sucks brent, but like i always say, a crash is just a good opportunity to upgrade...

my vote: airwolf with retracts or a nice scale huey (with elevated tail)

ill also put in a vote for a twinrexx just because i want to see one in person, theyre so coooool

Ouch! Sorry to hear that. It's the painting that hurts the most, isn't it? So I guess you won't be doing any of these soon, will you?!

Andy's right. This is my first crash this entire year so far. One nice thing is that it definitely keeps repair costs WAY down!

hey! i crash less than once a month (6 crashes, 8 months flying), and 2 of those were mechanical failures (swash and belt) so i think i've got a pretty decent track record, especially for a beginner pilot

im not knocking the scale flying though. if i had more money i might get a scale bird, probably a huey or something. im gonna work on a trex 600 with lots of bells and whistles and such first though.
