Header tank

You have a problem with the clunk line in the main tank - it's come loose, it has a hole in it, or the clunk has fallen off or has become stuck in a corner of the tank. The other, less likely, possibility is that there is a hole in the line between the main and header tanks. Hope this helps. steve

The clunk line in the main tank is probably split where it connects to the output nozzle.

I had same problem a while back, turned out that a small bit of plastic was blocking the clunk line filter in my main tank. No problems since i removed it.

never have replaced fuel line cause it is new i guess. it had never been ran before only put together from another guy but i have no idea how long it sat s i guess it would be a good idea to replace the fuel line while im in there. the guy also put the clutch together wrong and some othe things were wrong. i have had to go through whole heli and redo lots of stuff. and i am beginner so what does that tell you about him!
