I was just wondering what would be the advantages to hooking up the gain wire of my Futaba 401 gyro to #4 of the A2000I ? Is there anything to GAIN by doing this ? or is this just something to free up a channel if your receiver is short on channels ? Can anyone enlighten me to Pros's and Con's of doing or not doing this . Thank You for your knowledge ! Scott Sr.

scott,

I use a 6102/DX6 radio and connecting the gyro to the Ap2000i frees up a channel. Can't think of any other advantages - but it works like a champ!

None what so ever - solid as a rock. Just don't have a rate gyro setting on it anymore - don't even miss it
