Wanting to have a solid comunication link between the Pilot and the Camera operator...

Was thinking about using (2) cell phones with a Bluetooth headset dialed in to one another...

thoughts?

Would this create ANY interfearance?

Works but has limitations

My wife and I use our cell phones most of the time, but there are areas where the signal is bad. It is so frustrating to have to land and redial. But when the signal is good that is the way to go because cell phones are full dublex. An off the shelf duplexing radio system is around $800+ but would be nice and would not depend on cell towers.

Recently I made a portable downlink reciever and DVD screen set up that works well so we can just stand next to each other in difficult situation
