HI,

Can't decide which motor to use of the above ? Will be using a 55-10-32 and either TP 10s 3850's or the older TP 10s 4600's.

Don't want or need ballastic performance but something for average club flyer

I would also like to 600 V's if that makes a difference on the motor ?

any suggestions, please ???

Simon.

Sounds like you could do a lot worse than the 07 on a 12 tooth pinion Simon.

Flybars. Who needs `em.

If you want to go cheap but still powerful, Z50-800.
You can gear it for ballistic performance later on if you want.

Then you always have the Orbit 30-12, cant go wrong with that one, same thing, gear it soft for duration or high for extreme 3D.

45-07 works fine too, runs very cool, dont have the power to push the extremes though.

For insane power (less duration), Actro 24-4 or Neu 1912/1Y

Thankyou.

Probably go for the Orbit motor as this was my first choice.

Will this be ok for 600mm V's if I use the Logo 20 boom etc ?

Will my flight times be lower with the longer blades ?

Thanks

Simon.

Orbit is a good choice.

Yep, its good on 600mm VBlades.

Flight-times are relative.

Get more climbrate (higher pitch) = lower flight-time, if you use it..
Higher HS = lower flight time.

So you can play around with it, there is no firm number, depending on your flying type, it will differ.

However, I found, with 600mm blades, going from 2100 to 2250 HS will cost you about 1 or 1.1 minute.

the 45-08 isn't a good choice for 600mm Vs.

with the 11t pinion and 550s, it is a hot setup.
