I am looking for a electric long ranger in a .30 to .50 size. Have looked at some of the hawk conversions and raptor conversions to electric, but wanted to see what you guys are doing. I have a trex 600 set up for 3d but would like to get new mechanics setup for scale. I was looking at the century long ranger but if there is a beter fuse to buy let me know.......

well, if the ones from century were available, there wouldnt be any, not cheaper anyway. i like the 600, it has a very scale friendly fuse as are most electrics. i think vario or graupner has a longrangerin a 50 size but get ready to spend a bit more that what the century costs.

drive a rotary, fly a rotorcraft

I have a local shop that has 2 of the century longrangers in stock and want to no what mechanics for electric would be good. Now if the trex600 is the way to go the that is great because I can set them up. if it is better to do a conversion the thats what I guess I will do
