Do you mean tail blades? I don't but plenty of people do.

A little soft for hard piro maneuvers but they will fly. I have a bunch, need some?

I usually use them for the first flight or two while sorting out a new or rebuild.

Just remember -- if the world didn't suck, we would fall off.

Oops, yes tail blades.

Seems to me that even Raptor tail blades are better than these blue things!

Yes, but in the case of the Evo 50 you get a nice set of MAH carbon tail blades to actually use on the heli.

The blue curved ones are just for decorating your workshop and mixing epoxy with.

Leif,

Now that's funny!

You know what, I got this heli so long ago, I think I used those MAH CF blades on my Raptor a long time ago. Which means the're a goner by now...

So should I bother using the blue epoxy sticks, or should I use one of the many spare pairs of TT tail blades I have lying around??

There's no problem using them, it's just that they don't produce much tail authority. If you're going to be doing any backwards flying then I recommend using something better.

Even the cheap plastic Freya tail blades are a big improvement over the stock Sceadu tail blades.

That's right, just got the 92mm Freya blades - cheap feels better than original EVO50. Of course carbon might be even better, but for now I like it cheap.

I only use them for test flights. I think they are 87mm in length which is too short. I am using 95mm tail and am satisfied with it. If I am right, a shorter blade would mean your tail servo/gyro need doing more work to hold your heli.
