lite 680'S
lite paddles
small battery pack (recharge between flights)
appropriate mechanical setup
appropriate xmitter setup
high headspeed
remove unnecessary items to reduce weight canopy, vert fin, rear fin etc..

the thing is that i just started to fly after i crashed it....it behaves diffrently then before. it was more responsive. the only thing that is defferent is probably the headspeed (i do not use governer)

Ditch those SABs and get a pair of Radix, NHPs or Vs.

Get some light 20g paddles

move the upper mixing arms?

My 90SE has a retarded fast cyclic set up... Here's what I do.

- Run a headspeed of 1950 or so... do this with the 8.27:1 ratio.

- I run 105mm Vpaddles

- I run 710 175G radix blades

- Infination dampiners

- run the inner hole on your paddle thing (whatever its called)

- I've did the mixer mod... nice touch. I get 12.5 degrees of pitch, and 8.5 degrees of cyclic. Colin Bell has a thing on how to do it here http://www.scotiabladerunners.ca/90SE.htm

- I run 9252's on cyclic, with around 80% travel, allowing a fast speed servo.

- Make sure your running a limiter or governor. This way, your head won't load up as easy when doing full cyclic stuff...

- Oh, and I also bind my swash IN THE CORNERS.

Hope this helped you,
Carlyle

Carlyle,

are you saying that the lighter radix 710's give you a faster cyclic rate.

they do. The less rotation weight you can get on your head, the faster it will flip. Its simply math.

sorry, i meant 'the lighter 710 Radix' in comparison to 690's, which is what most people use.

the 710's will keep your machine much more stable in the air. the machine will feel a lot lighter. but the lighter weight of the blades will also keep your cyclic response nice and quick, while also letting your engine work a little less hard.

What are the "lighter Radix 710s" and how are they labeled different from the "regular" 710s.

the ligher radix are 175gram, the heavy ones are 185g. you can actually tell which is which visually because the white stripping on the light blades are done all in silver except for the tip of the blade. while the heavier blade are done all in white.

as for part numbers. the last two numbers on the heavy blades are "18" and the lighter ones being "17", easy to remember for 185 and 175.

- Light paddles.
- Use inner hole on flybar carrier for low flybar ratio.
- Infinavation dampers.
- Quick UK In-line flybar arm R6H-03 get more degrees on cyclic.
- Lower weight by remove unnecessary parts.
- 8.27:1 gear ratio.
