i took apart one of my c-spec engines and noticed the roll pin that aligns the sleve is damaged. has any body taken one out abnd how did you do it? also is a replacement available ?

That isn't an OS part per se. I'll bet someone had the groove in the sleeve off the pin and then tried to put the head back on. The pin gets squashed flat. The best thing that you could try is to carefully drill it out, then drill a bit deeper to insert an appropriately sized piece of music wire into the hole with 603 or 640 loctite. The most precise pin size could be had by cutting the backside off of a number drill be of the correct size. Since that pin is only a index point and does not see a load once the head is bolted down, as long as the replacement pin is reasonably stable, the repair should hold up fine.
