Hey, so i just finished my V-Max but i have a bit of cash left over so i want to get a few more parts for it.

I know that i will get the:
QUK auto hub
QUK tail grips

and........ any ideas?

I was thinking about metal grips but i am not sure if that will add performance.

Thanks.

I would say,

QUK Auto Hub.
QUK OR TT Flybar cage.

I have just started my V-Max, and although the QUK tail assy is alright, I'm going to try the KASAMA one this time.

Good job on the Build from what I can see!

I would get the QUK Auto Hub for sure.
And hard dampers for the blade grips..

Metal grips will give you a more locked in feeling with out the built~in expo you have with the plastic grips. BUT it will all depend on you piloting skills on getting all of the upgrades or not.

I for one have found that in crashes; the metal upgrades will live longer than the plastic. So Buy what you think you need for your skill level..

GREAT looking build ThunderRobo.

If I were you, I do the QUK Auto Hub and Tail Assembly. I kind of consider those two things as "required" on my fleet.

The only other thing is your Rx Power. I can't totally see what your current set up is?

I would look REAL hard at the Fromeco stuff. They now have 5200 mAh Relion packs and the 4800 mAh Peerless packs. Either of those couple with an Arizona regulator set up is VERY hard to beat. I have been VERY pleased with the quality of all of their stuff. Fromeco's customer service is also second to none.

If you are not wanting to run up to 6 volts on your servos, as the Arizona is adjustable from 5 to 6 volts for servos and set at 5.3v for the gyro then look at their standard 5.3 volt regulators.

But that is about all I see other than I prefer the flybar cage as to the SE flybar control arms.

Na just a stock 3D canopy with stock decals on it. I ditched the ys over a year ago and got this motor from my good bud Dino at eastcoastextemehelis. as you said big bore, kline with sb18 and the updated piston and viperhead. Makes great power so far, only has 11 flights on it.

I have to get my hands on a Viper head, seems to be sold out everywhere. I know the TeamBoB guys must have a stash somewhere!

I like your canopy, nice and clean.

Thanks Chris, I'll give Dino a e-mail tomorrow.
