I sold a transmitter on ebay. The auction ended on saturday, I receive an email from the buyer stating they would pay via paypal on monday. Monday comes and I get an email stating that I received payment for the TX. So I pack it up and send it out USPS Priority with tracking. Today I get an email from paypal stating that the payment has been reversed, I called paypal right away. They told me that is was a stolen credit card and because the address was not confirmed that they couldnt help me.( Of Course ) The credit card was confirmed but not the address. The package was due to be delivered today so I got to googling and found the number to the local sheriffs office. I told the officer the story and gave him the name, address and the tracking number of the package. Just checked the tracking number for my package and its on the way back to me, turns out the officer found the package on the porch of a house that has a bad reputation and took it to the post office to be returned. Never again will I ship to a non confirmed address. The officer couldnt tell me anymore details about what happened on his part, but now I have to go to my local police dept. and file a complaint.

Its What I dont Say You Should Be Worried About...
