I like celery -- with peanut butter and salt. This was not difficult to learn, so I will retract either the 'hear' or the 'here' -- your choice.

Well, after due thought, I would say that some things good to know are difficult to learn and some things good to know are easy to learn, while some things learnt are known to be difficult and a some difficult things are difficult to learn. Often, learnt things are difficult but equally difficult things are not wholy known.

Your thoughts are duly noted...

Is it then safe to assume that difficult things learned simply are easily forgotten?
And as such, easily learned things are not good to know, with the exception of celery and yellow snow?

Good things to know are hard to learn.
Hard things to know are good to learn.
Bad things to know are easy to learn.
Easy things to know are bad to learn.
If something is good to know and hard to learn, then it could be a bad thing which is easy to learn unless it is bad to learn than it's good to know that is hard.

What are we trying to learn again?

Where's that EASY button?

I dont think its nesecelery so that something learned easy is also bad to know...
for instance: if you shake it more than twice, youre playing with it

that is fairly easy to learn and also good to know

I try not to think, that way I don't have to worry about getting a bad idea.
