I have never heard of EF as a manufacturer. You could gamble and try it, or I would suggest this one instead:

[url=http://cgi.ebay.com/Telebee-HeadLock-Gyro-3D-Helicopter-t-rex-Trex_W0QQitemZ280070763940QQihZ018QQcategoryZ2563QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]

Telebee is a known make, and it works.

However, a properly set up Blade, in low wind will fly perfectly well on the standard gyro.

Edit: Wow my post looks terrible! Not sure what I did.

EF is the company that makes heli's for Hobby People, such as their Sabre FP heli and Shogun CP heli. Here's that gyro from their website. Works about as good as a Telebee, because I'm pretty sure they're the same thing, just different names. I think the EF, Align and EFlite small gyros are also different names for the same gyro, as they all look and work very similar.

Brent,

That was my first thought too, but the picture on Ebay is not the Telebee/Align gyro, or if it is EF packaged it differently.

Fenix,

My answer would be (based on my limited experience):

Will a HH gyro make flying easier? Probably.

Can you fly without it and have a lot of fun? Definately.

I think spending money on a tail upgrade (direct drive or twin motors), and some spare blades (which you will need anyway) would be money better spent at this stage.

Hope this helps.
