Never had a tail whip on mine, but thats depending if you have any headwind, either by speed or wind blowing I guess.

If my memory serve me well, I think you should come in from the left, and if it whips you will end up tail in.

Well thinking about it it would depend how much whip we`re talking about but normaly you could expect a 90 deg turn to the right at worst if the tail blades have stopped spinning.

I have never had the tail drift more than 2-3 inches during an auto with my logo. I like the way it autos better than my evo. I would like it driven though for acrobatic autos.

Back to topic.

l`ve heard 24th hand that there will be a 90 size with 680 mm blades. Thinking about it we only neeed full size servos and a few bits and bobs so l`d say its good info. Plus all our Logos will be upgradable to the new specs. Might be wrong but you may start working out your 12 and 14s setups now.
Just me guessing this time but l`m thinking end of July before we can lay our hands on one, maybe at the 3D masters. l may have to be more creative over the next few months

Wow, looks good!!

No 90 size, but thats also a relief - saves me a lot of $$'s in lipos.

I love that new main gear. Solves the problem with sideways load on helical gears!! Will need som careful aligning of motor pinion though. Also full size servos and a new pulley for the belt - lovely!! LLS head and the CF tail box is still going strong And the new canopies will really help sell these babies! Congratulations Mikado!!!

Can someone call Shawn and wake him up?

Will you fly one of these new ones at 3dm Dani?

Here are the pics that I stole off that forum:

They do sleep in the US but Lorents is from Norway

I think so Lorents

Furthermore facts:

-Thrustraced tail included in all 3D versions
-25mm (almost an inch!) tailboom on the 600 3D
-4mm flybar on the 600 3D
-Blades up to 650mm will fit the 600 3D
-Driven tail on ALL of the new babies
-New style herringbone maingear out of the kit for ALL new machines
-New improved frameset made of glassfilled polymer, amazing stiffness and light for sure
-Standard size servos will fit nicely
-Batteries up to 12s will fit into that 56mm wide frames (lots of space for bada$$ motors, too )

laters,
