Has anyone try to stretch a Trex 600 to fit 90 size blades?

Why would you?

600mm blades are already stretching the envelope....run times are low enough as it is....put a 10s setup in there and it might be interesting...

I hear ya. Haven't flown since before Christmas. I probably can't even remember how to fly. Can I try yours first?

I've done it. There is a link above to my post(or here: http://runryder.com/helicopter/t313958p1/)
Im running 690's right now and have a set of 720's on order Im also runing a z50a-600 on 12s evo 3700 and 12s2p align 4400's With the algin packs i have my timer set to 14 minutes that gives me 2 minutes of reserve. with the evos i get 3.5 minutes of reserve @ 14 minutes. My head speed at 95% is 1500 with a motor rpm around 26k

The heli flys great and is super super stable. However i would not attempt to 3d my trex700. I dont think the head is up to the task with the larger blades. The spindle and the main shaft i dont think will beable to sustain the forces that the larger blades will be imparting.

Granted i may be a worry wart, but i'd rather play it safe then find out the hard way. So far its working out great for my AP uses.
