i think when you try it with needle 1 1/2 you will find you have loads more power but make sure you keep a eye on the temp of the engine you dont want to over heat it you might want to check the setting of the slow end needle too i have found that if this is wrong it can mask a main needle way out good luck

The low should be around 1 o'clock. Does the engine stumble and hesitate before it dies or does it just quit very quickly?

Ok i closed the low end needle and put a fuel line on carb ... opened low end needle slowly till air passed (-) its starts and lifts off , flys great then near the end of the tank it speeds up way up and make a short screech sound , is prob why i need a govenor ? will that controll over reving? is it easy to install ? can i use it with only a 6 channel radio ? all opinions are welcome .....

Ya a gov will deffidetely help, I installed the new multigov with my T7CHP and have the ability to set 3 different speeds. With a 6 ch you will just have one set head speed. But it will work fine. With all this wierd stuff going on with your heli, I must ask, what did you lube the main shaft one way bearing with? If you used grease, it may be slipping when it gets warm. Just an idea. I use Tri-Flo on mine after it slipped with grease.
