Im thinking of buying a 9Z off ebay, is there a way to tell how old the TX is by looking at its photo?

The guy says he's second onwer for 2 years, and the previous guy had it for 2 years from new.

Its a 9ZAP WCI.

Email the seller and get the serial number off the bottom. That can be used to determine the date of mfg.

I don't remember when the WCII came out but I bought my WCI more than 8 years ago, so this WCII might be older than what he's saying.

I don't think thats the latest 9Z. The latest 9Z has all blue buttons - doesn't it? Mine's WC2 and all the bubble buttons are blue.

The 9z WC II replaced the 9z WC I. The 9z WC II has been replaced by the 14MZ and 12Z. Do you believe it is really only 4years old?

The WCII had the blue buttons and stick ends. The original 9Z and the WCI did not.
