well what is the best way to remove paint from a FG canopy?? i want to repaint mine and need to remove the paint.

Soak some cotton rags with thinner or MEK and put the whole thing in a plastic bag for about 30 minutes, this should loosen up the paint till you can almost wipe it off. If you have some tough spots after that, try soaking a white or grey 3M Scotchbrite pad and rubbing the tough spots. Anything after that should wipe off with a rag and MEK.

can you not paint over the paint that is already on there?
i could but im doin this on my t-rex 450xl so weight is critical. so im gonna go with what S76 Mech said and tim deakin gave me the link, thanks guys this is definetly gonna help me for a while since i plan on painting quite a few canopies.
