Personal freedoms is the hall mark of the US.
And here was me thinking it was overweight, greedy, inbred and self opinionated.

Guess one of us is wrong!

We don't need guns to protect ourselves from ourselves!
This is not a question of need . . . . never has been.
It's a question of freedom of choice and you seem to have a problem with that !
And here was me thinking it was overweight, greedy, inbred and self opinionated.

Guess one of us is wrong!
Did you notice who's being "self opinionated" ?

Droid, those movies, like most movies, were for only one purpose, to get people like you to pay the price of admission.

I don't give a sh!t what anyone does with THEIR heli i just object to having guns rammed in our face.

Guns have one purpose to injure, maim and destroy. In the hands of an idiot they are likely to do all three. What happens when someone misses their target and the round flies of into the distance?? Oh of course you are all expert shots you were born like it.

TO be fair Droid, don't highjack the thread.

If you want to discuss the whole gun culture thing (as if it hasnt been done before ) do it in OT. By the way, from your last post I get the impression that you have had a gun put in your face several times. Would I be correct?

Funny thing is i never paid to see it, but its the best comedy i have seen in a while, certain parts that is.

The south park clip all about the land of the free
The cute hunting dog carrying its owners rifle that shot his owner in the leg, did he ever deserve that LOL!!

Other parts made me stop in disbelief that you can walk into a bank and walk out with a gun for opening an account! And the obvious massacre

Are there no shooting ranges in the UK ?? If there are any perhaps you need to check out the regulations before you speak....it sounds a lot like you are speaking from fear not knowledge.

Droid,
A) nobody is ramming anything in anyone's face except maybe you.
B) If you knew anything at all about shooting ranges, you would not have spouted that jiberish.

Oh I know about rifle ranges, i've done plenty of 7.62mm Full Bore target shooting. My targets where at the end of a 1000yd range in controlled military surroundings, not airborne?!?

Well then, it's even more mysterious why you are so opinionated.

Funny, I thought that if a round was NOT airborne, it would never get anywhere.

Oh I know about rifle ranges,
Apparently not, since a rifle range typically has a, you know, back stop incase

What's a 7.62mm full bore?

When you get a clue about American gun laws (IE, NOT FROM MICHEAL MOORE) feel free to chime in.

LA81 7.62mm target rifle as used by UK cadet forces up until 1994, we refferred to them as full bore as opposed .22" small bore excuse my phraseology

In our case we call them "butts" and they are designed to take rounds from long range /low trajectory not shooting at helis flying in the sky!
