How would one go about returning a pack to TP for a replacement. I crashed a few months ago and one cell on the pack got cruched ever so slightly and has now started to puff. it is also .3 volts lower than all of the other cells. the balancer wont even balance it correctly.

ive heard on here that many have sent thier packs back to TP for a prorated exchange. how do you do this and what do you say to them? i guess you just emailed them or called them? what was it like? tough, easy?

please help.... im down to 2 packs now and only 1 is a TP...

Call TP service directly. They'll tell you to return the pack. Generally you will get 50% off of RETAIL for a new pack.
I returned a Prolite pack with one damaged cell hoping they would just fix it, but they said that's not what happens and they replaced the pack with another Prolite for under $50. I also couldn't upgrade the pack to the newer model.
