DarthDrk has a lot of nice scale bodies on his website. I chose the JetRanger because it has a nice long body that fits a mechanical pitch mix heli with the lipo sticking out in front. If you have a direct-action ccpm SE or SA, then the round-nose Hughes-500's are nice. If you are willing to remove the landing skids and add retracts, the Augusta or Bell-222/Airwolf bodies are nice.

Will the 500 E fit the 450 SE, since it has a rear mounted servo?

This is my 500E and it's on the XL frame but the SE would be perfect for this body as it will allow you to use the tp2100 battery, I had to go with a 1350 pack which cuts my flying time down to 8 min. The tail servo will have to be relocated inside the frame above the reciever, there is a pattern for a mount that comes with the kit. They take time to build and get everything right but when it's all done it's fantastic flying time....

I have an HS65MG mounted on my boom a-la TRex-style, that just barely fits underneath the JetRanger body. If you push down slightly on the body, it touches the servo, but it doesn't rub normally.

The bigger fuselage will give you that kind of room for the electronics. The 500E is really kind of tight for space, especially with the XL frame....
