I have been asked to mention to all of you QJ freaks that Harold's new website is experiencing some "youth" problems. You may need to refresh your screen in order to see proper function of the links. Patience is asked from you all as he gets this thing to work the way he wants.
I am trying my best not to be a cheerleader and hope that all understand my position. I am mearly a freind and am in no way connected with his business. I am however, a very satisfied customer!!

This gentleman called me twice to help me set up my quick ep-I did not buy it from him yet he was more than willing. Well I bookmarked his site and I will get parts and whatever else I may need from him. That's service with a smile

Carl,

I can't help with that particular radio but I can say this: According to your settings, if your gyro is a Futaba, the setting must be over 50%. At 50 or less, Futaba gyros will be in normal mode, not heading hold. The setting I use is 65-70%. Your setting would not prevent the heli from taking off but it would make for an iteresting flight! Forgive my ignorance but what brand TX is the RD8000?

I see now that the RD8000 is Airtronics. I have contacted someone to see if they can help you. I will let you know when I hear back from him.

First of all WELCOME to Quick of Japan Runryder cvcarl ! Now the best thing you could do is to get some one at your local flying feild to help you with the RD8000 Airtronics , I use to fly Airtronics and had the RD6000 and it is just the same programing as the RD8000 just 2 less channels.. It will be almost impossible to help you program that radio for eCCPM over the computer , even over the phone.. Airtronics are difficult to program to begin with much less over a computer.. Hate to bust your bubble , just the hard facts.Good luck..
