Your not doing anything wrong in each one of those is either one or all of the words you searched for . You need to use the least words possible so it will search just those words or search for that specific I think you have to click on something for that . Hope this helps .

Not much of a search engine then

It would be worth their time to change that, so returned hits include all words searched for in each hit.

Also, I don't see any RED print in any of the returned hits.

I've been a customer of theirs for years and this problem hasn't really bothered me until lately.

They are very disorganized with their parts. They list parts by their number first making it hard to look up a part if you already know the manufactures number . You have to cross it over to their number fist with the search function.DOUG

Sure, you put in a term in the Heliproz search field, press return, and get 500 pieces that have nothing to do with what you are looking for. Then you get frustrated, go dig out the damn manual to your heli, look up the part number, and type that in. It's at this point that you realize that sometimes they drop a first number from the part number, so when you still get no hits, you start trying to trick the stupid website into showing you what you want. Finally you get fed up, and either call them on the phone because their site is useless, or go to Rick's, where you can find parts instantly without all of the hassle.

It's not as bad for Raptor parts as for some, but go check out the Hirobo section, and tell me if what I wrote above isn't true. 24 pages of parts, most without pictures is about the most worthless tool I've ever seen. You can't tell me that they don't want you to own a Raptor.

Xcell parts are just as bad, they keep the part numbers in order for their numbering system. If you have the Xcell number it can be on no telling which page. DOUG

Does that mean you're building a T-Rex, Mark?

No, no Dave. Would like to be though Just fartin' around with their search engine. And I was just using the 'Phoenix 35' as an example. And yes, it did come up fist on the list of hits. However, on more obscure searches, it is way more difficult than it needs to be to find what you're looking for.

Just got in from flying the X-spec a few minutes ago. Felt great! Haven't been out in a while.... Iowa

The weather was great yesterday for the end of November in Iowa. Here's how I spent some time while waiting for the turkey to cook yesterday...

The T-Rex does have some advantages. Now if I can talk Santa into a Lepton or an Align 600...

As for the search engine, I've never really found any that really do what I want them to do. Getting the hang of the one on the HP site takes a bit of time.
