You have it pretty warm at least

Here in sweden its rainy AND cold (3 degrees celsius), so when it finally clears you freeze your butt off.

Thank god for inventions like the RadioWarm mitt..

Why not go slope soaring with a few zagis, or mambas and have a bit of combat.

Bit like what we have been doing the past few weeks.

I haven't had any good flying in for well over a month what with the crap UK weather and the fact that I spend half my life offshore in the North Sea!

Things are looking up though as i'm heading home tomorrow so hopeing the weather is flyable next week...

Hi Darren

Sorry to say if you try to fly tomorrow your model will end up in the north sea, it's going to be more than a bit breezy but should be better on Sunday with luck.

Hi

I have flown a Zagi in winds gusting to 70 MPH and that's hard work and needs a lot of balast but 80MPH could be fun:-)

Bob

BTW we now have two threads running on crappy UK weather

Hi Bob,

Won't be home till late tomorrow anyway but weather permitting i'll be flying hard all day Sunday! A bit of wind will just help blow the gathering cobwebs/dust of the Synergi!!!

It has been mentioned on numerous occasions that I bring the heli's out to the rig and fly them off the helideck! The thought of watching the heli ditch into the sea because of an unexpected engine failure scares me almost as much as being in the real thing and thinking of engine failure! (They wouldn't let any sort of radio transmitting device out here anyway.)

Two threads running on the crappy UK weather - well it deserves it as it is SO CRAPPY!

Darren.
