Hey guys, quick question, what muffler/pipe would you guys recommend for this motor? Id like something quiet. This setup is for scale also.

Thanks in advance, Pete

Get something with plenty of volume , the 70 needs to breathe . For low noise , you can't beat Zimmerman .

At the end of the day , it gets dark .

The most quiet mufflers I have used would be the Zimmerman and the Funtechs.
I don't know if zimm or funtech makes a muffler for the OS 70 but I have been running a Hatori SAB-7 one piece muffler that is made for the OS 70 and I like it. The SAB-7 makes good power and is fairly quiet.

I'm using a Zimmermann on my OS70.
Great, quiet.

But for my 90 a had to change to a MP2 because of pre-ignition with the Zimmerman. I never tested the MP2 on the OS70 but I don't think it'll bring more power.
More noise definitely.

I use the Zimmermann's in my scalers and wouldn't use anything else.

I have an MPII on mine and it runs great. A friend runs a 938 on his and it goes just as well. These mufflers allow the engine to breath whilst providing enough back pressure to allow reliable fuel flow.

A few helis, this and that

A second vote for the SB-70 here. Works great on my 70 powered Freya.
