bpd282 rrApprentice littleton, co u.s.a. | Well,It is about that time of year again. Wish I had the canopy on for the shot.Just for fun I put a 11t motor on my old CP, which has been sitting aournd and ordered a 1200 mah 7.4 lipo from helidirect ($14.00).This set up is great for indoors. Ok, head speed is pretty anemic in reqular mode but it still flies decent. In idle up, headspeed really picks up and it is really smooth. Both motors run barely warm after flights. No worring about that stupid tail motor going out. Another big advantage, my wife does not complain about the noise. She told me that she preferred that I fly it more ofter than my CP Pro because of the noise. Hmmmm, if she is happy, so am I.I am very happy with my indoor slow flyer. I wonder if a brushless motor like the one in my Pro (3800kv) would work in it? Has any one done this with a 7.4v?![]()

Gino CP rrKey Veteran Philippines | I'm back to 7.4v after I fired my 4-in-1 in 11.1v. 7.4v is a gentle flyer. Quite reliable. But just enough tail power for stall turns.
