http://www.raptortechnique.com read his radio setups and start there but you have to understand there's a relationship between throttle position, carb needles and blade pitch that makes it pretty hard to just throw numbers out there, also numbers are meaningless if you dont have your throttle linkage setup correctly.

throttle curves

yo!
you need to be a member of a club.
if you were, you would have known that the question was not one that could be answered "off the cuff!"so to say.
find other people that pilot rc helis and learn from them or join a club i find members a valuable source of advice an help.
there are no hard and fast answers to this hobby and that's why it has such a strong attraction to a certain type of person. chess rather than checkers etc.
if you're a loner, then you will have to start from the very basics of power management ,gear ratios, pitch curves etc.
best of luck..............
by the way i asked the same question eight months ago and had the same type of reply......... i hope it helps you the way it helped me to realize the true degree of dedication that it would take for me to show any signs of advancement in this hobby. if we could build it ,fly it ,put it away and fly it again tomorrow.....we'd all be flying medevacs and bell 47s.
the raptor technique site given to you earlier by one member is the best thing for you to do right now...bear in mind that they are just ballpark figures.
