Mine is worn out and there is play in the elevator arm assembly with the collective tray bearings....
Can you use the 60 elevator arm assembly in the 90se ...?
I don;t feel like paying 50.00 for the aluminum assembly for the 90se

The elevator lever set should have had a keyway its not best!

Hi patriot21 I was very disappointed with my 90se elevator arm from new the trouble is the metal lever arm fits on to a round shaft that’s locked with a pin and grub screw its really poor if it had a key way on the shaft it wouldn’t be a problem. First I centre punched the pin so it was a tight fit but it does not last long so I then cleaned the parts and bonded them both together with 24hr two pack UHU the elevator arm has not come loose and there is no play in it now . If you need to strip it a bit of ingenuity will be required gentle heat or last resort saw it off its knackered anyway so you cant loose the raptor sixty part will probably fit and its cheap enough to try it, sounds mad to down grade to actually upgrade that’s why I glued mine. Glue the flanged bearings into the carbon side plates, loctite the fore/aft cradle into the bearing inner race, loctite the fore/aft belcrank arm to the cradle (you could tap and use setscrews also).I've found many helpful tips on this machine over at the "teamraptor" web site.

I used Red loctite on my elevator leaver and it's holding up well. The only other problem I had was the flanged bearings on the pitch tray pivot. A flange came off, so I replaced the bearing and shimmed it up correctly on the inside.
