Man, it looks like I missed a fun time. Sorry I missed you guys, I had to stay home and get better. Caught some kind of freaky cold.

Congrats on everyones new heils and maidens!

Since I had some time to kill this weekend, I finally figured out how to work my new helicam. Next week I'm going take some pictures of us from the sky.

this is a bad weekend for me . my logo total on sat morning, on garden grove park.. just a words of caustion: stay away the parks on Chapman and Magnolia.. i went he on friday .. turn on the heli and tx.. but only the tail was control able.. everything else is lost.. take my heli home.. checked everything and it working fine on both logo and trex.. The same park on sat morning.. 1 mins into flight with the logo.. bamm the ciclic went crazy.. it was like someone else runing my ciclic stick in fast circle.. i lost control everything else.. same thing happened to my friend that used to fly his plank and 3d air here.. damn it like someone playing around to jam our tx.??? i am never going fly there again. .

and today, my trex come down hard on second pack .. darn.. damage is minor.. only flybar, platic canopy mount, feather shaft.. and a pair of BigMan cheapo $6 main blade . again, i fear for my newly build rex 600..

Low:
Stay away from parks like that dude
I have been to several places where helicopters glitch themselves right out of the sky on more than one occasion in the same day. Some places just throw off frequency or someone nearby has a really powerfull CB radio or something.

only way to be able to fly truely anywhere you go is to use spektrum. Otherwise you are limited to known cleared by trial and error flying fields, or where everyone else flies. Parks usually have enough toy equipment swignsets etc to generate a glitch or lockout no problem

I still won't give up on futaba regardless
In the right spot, everything is gravy

Sorry to hear about the logo man.

Hope to see you out there next week too Eddie!

Just a reminder why OCHC is as STRONG as it is today. It is because of the QUALITY of the past members. As new people come in it is all our resposibility to tell them what OCHC is about ... Rules, that kind of stuff. Also we need to tell new members that OCHC is all about GIVING BACK IN SOME WAY... You may ask yourself what does that mean. Well find something that will better OCHC .. To keep this club at the level it is we all need to give back in some way... People all over the world would love to have a club like this..Look at Jontherooster he is in NC and he painted a SWEET canopy for OCHC and he may never come to our club.. Now that is a AWSOME individual who id like to have around OCHC..

FOR everyone WHO cant READ small letters

If you have some ideas on how to make OCHC better post it lets all talk about it.. JUST REMEMBER NO ONE IS IN CHARGE AT OCHC!!!!!!!

I don't actually know this guy's name, but he sure has that little blade CP dialed in and flies it well!
His name is Andy. He owns a custom embroidery shop in Orange. I met him at Ultimate and he showed me his shop, his two BladeCP's and his TRex-SE. Nice guy! And he likes his Blades so well, I swapped him my old Blade stuff for some neat TRex stuff.

D and PacJax...

Yesterday I asked around the Electronics students, but no one either had the skills or didn't want to take the time to fix that esc. Sorry about that.

What's an address?? Around here, we just know how to get places! lol J/K. I don't know what the address is...maybe someone else?

Also John, if you want to stay at the Knott's hotel when you're out here, it's off season and I still have my employee ID, even though I haven't worked there for a while, and I can get you a discount. It should be comparable to the other hotels in the area price wise. Let me know.

We don't really fly there, but at the grass lot alongside their corporate building. Cross streets are Nasa St and Surveyor Ave. But at least the above address should give you something to enter as a search parameter.
