As in subject, second flight today, weird
sound, land, check engine, clutch shoe in two pieces....

Will replace clutch shoe now, but should I replace

IMO, I would, shoes have probably snapped due being stretched too far as the liner has worn

yes and replace the clutch shoes with an after market brand or at least a heavey duty one or that will happen again. it is form fatique. normally form a clutch dragging or hard throttle response. The stock ones are bad by design

If you still have most all of the original clutch material and it's not torn up, leave it in and just replace the clutch shoe.

Check the spacing. If OK then it's OK
