After my first crash, I have just got the replacement parts I ordered.

One of them is the "Main Rotor Head". THe replacement has come with 2 O-Rings which arn't included on the original.

Does anyone know what they are for? I can imagine that they go under the stiffner to put more friction against the blades, but since they wern't there before, I am not sure whether I need to use them

Hi there. A lot of guys don't use the O rings with the V3 head and get perfectly good results. I do use them and put them between the blade and the underslung stiffner. I find with the blades extended, they add a nice damping action on the lead/lag of the blades. I get very little vibration in flight and smooth spool up.
