I have a Futaba 6EXHP with S3107 servos in my MX400 Pro. I have been operating with the radio in just normal mode, and have not setup the Idle up mode. I was playing with it tonight trying to set the different curves and it seems that no matter what you set your pitch curves, they are the same in Idle Up and Normal. Does that sound right? If what I am seeing is correct, when I hit my Idle Up switch, the only thing that will change is my throttle.
I set my TX with a pitch of 50%-63%-75%-87%-100% on normal and 0-25-50-75-100 on Idle Up. I then lowered my stick all the way and put the servo horn on so I had 0 degrees pitch on normal with the stick all the way down. However, when I switch to Idle Up, my pitch range doesn't change at all (can't get any negative pitch). So, I put the stick at mid range, and then put the servo horn on, and I can get a full range of -10 to 0 to +10, but as soon as I set my radio to the above curves, it doesn't change when I hit my Idle Up switch.
On my Blade CP, when you hit Idle Up, it changes your pitch and throttle curves.
What am I doing wrong?????
