hi all, i just thought i let you know if you have your boom barce on the holes above the tank the nut might might eventualy dig into it. (so if ur hovering inverted and ur fuel dissapears, this could be why)
can any one tell me a good way to stop it rubbing, even though there is a gap when it is standing still.

please help

I reverse the direction of the bolts on mine.
Install the bolts from the inside out. Kind of tricky to do but no more rubbing on the tank.

Same goes for EVO90 if using the lower position, or to be more exact its the bolts holding the boomsupportends in place that rubs against the bottom of tank.
Cut mine of with a Dremel, and no more problems.

On my evo 50 I use a crossmember instead (fits perfectly in the dip in the back of the tank). This way there is almost no way that the tank can pop out even if the tank dampers tear. Also, you do not have to use nuts as the screws go into the crossmember

Same as Alex Rodriguez

Cross Members above and below, adds strength and holds the Tank, just put Fuel pipe over the Cross members, so stop them rubbing on the tank.

Worth the effort
