Hi guy's I have just rebuilt my machine are a crash. I have a perfectly straight mainshaft on my Heliup CCPM machine she flys fine, however the button on the top of my Heliup head wobbles? Yet I checked the shaft on glass and its fine when I get to about 2700rpm the wobble seems to disapear.

I checked the bolt that goes through the button and it seem straight, Im sure the shaft is straight and at high rpm I cant see any blurr which you normally get when somthing is bent. Any idea's, I can see the wobbly button even if I turn by hand.

Check out the items I have for sale in the clasifieds including a CSM 420

The main block is plastic or metal?

btw, Unbalanced blades can cause severe vibrations on the head.

The screw hole where you mount the button might not be centered. This is the case with some Align metal heads, which made me believe I had a bent shaft until I figured it out...
