Would this be feasible with a stock BCP or should the engine, battery, and blades be upgraded first?

I know I've posted that I hate the modeling aspect of the hobby, but it looks easier then most scale projects, and I'm not out too much money if I screw it up.

It clearly states in the ad..
"This UH-60 Body will fit perfectly on R/C mini electric helicopters like Blade, Piccolo, Ikarus, Dragonfly, Saber, Hummingbird, Walkera, Aerotech and others"

It says they may fit a 400 size heli but they are recommending you use a micro. "This UH-60 Body will fit perfectly on R/C mini electric helicopters like Blade, Piccolo, Ikarus, Dragonfly, Saber, Hummingbird, Walkera, Aerotech and others" like axis said

Like you guys have said, it clearly states that it will fit the blade.
But my question is about using the stock Blade, versus upgrading it, or stated another will I be able to fly my blade stock with this fuse or will it be to much for the stock set up to handle?

Sorry I was looking at the Huey. It's for the 400 class birds and I love the detail with rivits, I guess I should just order it now...

Got mine it is a beauty lots of detail I'm excited about building this model! now I got to do lots of blackhawk research, and I will be able to use the wheels from my son toy copter (hope he dosen't notice the missing wheels). It will take some time to figure out how to attach things to the body as no instructions are provided, it also is minus the small wheel wing step, but this will come off my sons toy also or I will make some! this does not seem to difficult, to bad they where not included.
so now time to get to work

Just a slight correction........these fuselages are not made from Lexan, but they are made from very cheap and brittle plastic. Very fragile. That's why Century has them clearance priced. You'll find higher quality plastic on the box your heli comes in than in these bodies. Only meant to be a heads up.

You are correct hoverup PET I believe not lexan, but not the same as centurys stuff the same as JMPs and darkdrks plastic, quite thicker. I think you have built some of these yourself, but as you may know once assembled very strong and will take a good wack and bounce back.
I have some of the century bodies and they will tear and become brittle but I also have some JMD bodies that are quite resullant.
Either way I think it is the way to go, as I have built a blackhawk from one of those 21 century toys for a friend, and it was a brick, since then I wanted a blackhawk, but not that heavy and am looking forward to building this one, nice and lite.
Thanks for the correction boyd I don't know what I was thinking maybe it was late at nite or for some strange reason lexan was on my mind
anyway I'm doing my research on this as to tail rotor mounting and fabricating wheel and mech mounting but I'm workin on that.
