Are CMT carbon blades made anymore? Does anyone know where to get them?

Thanks,
Clark

I loved the CMT brand of carbon baldes. Last I heard they changed the name from CMT to Mavrick (the Heli-Proz brand).

But, since I wound up buying several sets of them a few years ago, I have not needed to buy any of the Mavrick brand.

Here are a couple shots of my beloved RG with CMT 550 blades.

Thanks for the info. Can anyone confirm this. I really like them too and am looking for a set of 570-580s for my Shuttle RG/M.

You will find that the CMT blades have been marketed over the years under a number of different brand names, some from HHI, the Vortex brand from Century, and it seems also under the Maverick brand name from Heli-Proz. I wonder why they have changed distribution so often?

Today, you may find other blades on the market that may work as well or even better then they do for a similar price. e.g. the FK 5533's for example.

But I have found that when changing blades you may have to tweek your throttle/pitch curves to get the best out of any of them that you may change to.
