Do any of you guys use a MS-44 in a Glow powered Heli ? I have a Raptor 30 i'm still in the break-in phase with and i put a MS-44 on it as i had one at hand.
The Heli was of ebay built up and came with a too slow tail servo that i replaced with a Futaba S9254 Digital servo.
Now the problem:
The servo seems not to be able to decide if it's centered or not, it will "wag" or jitter about 1mm amplitude at the end of the servo horn with the engine off and no links connected regardless of the mode the gyro is in.
Is it the Servo ?
Is the MS-44 not compatible to digital servos ?
is my MS-44 dying ? (also allways drifts a bit in heading hold mode)
I test hovered today and the tail held great, but it's shaking (not like wagging but random jitters) ever so slightly all the time.. I do get wag at about 90% gain so i'm running about 85%. And the delay is zero.
